Alan Brain Songwriter/Musician Alan Brain is a singer, guitarist, songwriter and one of the original founding members of Interview. After the group disbanded in 1981 Alan decided to fall back on his art school training and, after a couple of years, immigrated to Toronto, Canada to embark on a new career in graphic design. In 1986 the Brain family re-located to Vancouver where he and his wife Pam now run a successful advertising agency, Brain Communications www.braincomm.ca Having continued to write songs intermittently over the years, Alan is currently working on an album’s worth of brand new songs. All of this new material is being produced with the help of Peter Kilgour of Beat Productions who, coincidentally, produced Interview’s first demo which helped them achieve their five album contract with Virgin Records.
